Rick and his wife have loved raising their children in this South Carolina paradise, with so many wonderful outdoor activities to do as a family. Moving here all those years ago turned them into boat people. Now with both of their children grown, they have five grandchildren to enjoy. Marcia served as a Corporate Relocation Specialist for several Fortune 500 Companies located in the Akron/Canton/Cleveland area of Ohio. She was also a member of the sales team for a prestigious Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course Community. After years of vacationing on Hilton Head Island, Marcia & her husband Richard (Dick) relocated to Hilton Head in 2001.

Traveling to Hilton Head Island on many golf vacations, Kathy and her husband, Larry, fell in love with the area. Kathy and Larry have now called Bluffton their home for 15 years and have never regretted it. Having grown up in Indiana, basketball is in her blood and she still follows her beloved Hoosiers.

Her favorite part of the job is getting to know the clients and helping them achieve their goals of either finding a new home or selling their old one. When she is not working, Elizabeth likes to swim, read, knit, travel, and spend time with family.
